Interpreting teams – we have got it covered!
Simultaneous and consecutive interpreters usually work as a team. Given the high levels of concentration required, we alternate every 20-30 minutes. At conferences, we typically work in teams of two, but occasionally three, when an extended agenda necessitates a very long day. Where events involve multiple languages or booths, we designate a head interpreter (“chef d’equipe”) to streamline on-site communication between the client and the team.
We match the team of interpreters to your event. It does not matter what languages or how many language combinations are involved: we have an extensive network and will find the right interpreters for your event. Letting us assemble the interpreting teams will save you valuable time, as you do not need to maintain contact with multiple interpreters.
Would you like to know what additional items and considerations need to be factored in to your planning? Our checklist will give you further guidance.
