Bettina von Arps-Aubert

Since completing my studies in 1996, I’ve been working as a conference interpreter and sworn translator/interpreter for English and Russian.
I graduated from university in 2011 and have been working as a conference interpreter for English and Italian ever since.
In 2008, I established the company ‘Bettina von Arps-Aubert GmbH Dolmetschen und Übersetzen’.
While I was still studying, I did an internship in your company. It really helped me to get an insight into the everyday work of a conference interpreter and translator.
Besides working as an interpreter and translator, I also organize teams of interpreters, which is where I usually bring you in to assist me.
That’s right. I help out with managing the flow of work and executing orders – to give our clients the best possible service.
I think we have a fantastic job: we learn new subjects every day and constantly meet interesting new clients.
What I enjoy most of all is having to stay mentally flexible, on the ball and always on top of things.
